Subra Sports Hub began on the courts, not in a boardroom. Our founder spent years frustrated by shops that pushed whatever had the biggest margin, never asking how he actually played. He figured other players deserved better, so he opened a hub where the advice comes from people who log real court hours.

We made a deliberate choice to focus on three sports and do them properly. Badminton, tennis and pickleball each have their own quirks — swing speed, string tension, paddle balance, ball flight — and we learned them the hard way, through wins, losses and plenty of snapped strings. That knowledge is baked into every recommendation we make.

We test what we sell. Before a racket, paddle, shuttle or ball earns a spot on our shelves, someone on our team plays with it. If it disappoints on court, it doesn’t make the cut. It’s a slower way to build a range, but it’s the only way we’re willing to do it.

Beyond the gear, we care about the community around it. We kit out school teams, back office leagues, and cheer on the retirees who never miss their morning game. Every order, big or small, gets packed like it matters — because to the player waiting on it, it does.
